Materials include general internal policies such as taking in donations, student policy and procedure, digitization manual for using a scanning and ContentDM, Planetary Scanner information. A binder with cataloging notes and processes compiled by Dr. Lisa Speer which was used to catalog Rare Book Room materials is also included. The cataloging binder materials were left in the original order created by Dr. Speer. Materials date from 1983 to 2012.
