Volume 1 contains records of several miscellaneous accounts, such as the special (general) account, G.I. accounts, cap and gown account, Hendricks Scholarship Fund, flower fund, Community Teachers Association, the Josephine Bauer account, the Oliver Prize, and miscellaneous fund for the years 1939-1951. There are a number of cards stashed within the ledger and these cards have various figures that appear to be totals of the different funds possibly for bank deposit or figuring bank accounts.
