Abstract of the Record (32p) in the St. Louis Court of Appeals of the State of Missouri on appeal from the Cape Girardeau Court of Common Pleas, Cape Girardeau County, in which Houck sued the Waterworks company for failing to provide an adequate water supply to fire hydrants near Houck Depot which was destroyed by fire.
