Myrtle Vorst Sheppard Collection
Abstract
Poems, plays, and stories written by Myrtle Vorst Sheppard of Saint Genevieve, MO. Sheppard attended Southeast Missouri State Teachers college in the year of 1925-1926. Sheppard wrote a range of poems, stories, and plays which were published in different magazines and newspapers.
The Myrtle Vorst Sheppard Collection consists of hand-written lists of stories and plays and their publication date and location, a black book of poems that were clipped from publications, and a red book of stories that were clipped from publications. The materials within the collection range from 1933 to 1948.
