Correspondence, announcements, programs and publications pertaining to the festival created and sponsored by the Southeast Missouri State Teachers College at Cape Girardeau, and directed by Lealon N. Jones. Program in playwriting and acting was open to graduate and undergraduate college students in the Midwestern United States. Programs provide a history of the festival, information on rules and regulations, participants and past winners. *also listed in University Archives.
