Scope and Contents
Three reports covering from 1964-1972.Two of the reports are of separate academic years, 1964-1954 and 1967-1968.One is composed of multiple years of records from 1969-1970 to 1971-1972. Each report consists of the number of students enrolled in each of the departments at the University, the number of faculty and their levels of education, and any changes to the department whether it be a newly added class, a new facility, or a renovation to a current facility. The contents of the collection are arranged in chronological order.

Organizational Sketch
A.R. Meyer, the Dean of Instruction at the Southeast Missouri State College, created a series of annual reports at the end of every academic year. Each report was composed of a group of reports from every department on campus that documented information on students, faculty, and programs. Meyer served in the position of Dean of Instruction from 1960-1976 before moving to the position of Vice President for Administrative Services in which he served until 1986.
