Organizational Sketch

The Faculty Senate of Southeast Missouri State (College) University was organized to be the official representative body of the entire faculty. The Faculty Senate drafted their first constitution from 1964-1966, and it was ratified by the faculty in April of 1966. The first elections for membership were conducted in May of 1966.
