Scope and Contents
This collection includes photographs, primarily taken for use in the Sagamore Yearbooks. Images include activity clubs, including members and events, campus photographs, and regional photographs. Some photographs are unidentified. The collection is divided into three series by subject matter.

Biographical / Historical
Homer Roberts began teaching at Southeast Missouri State University in 1907. He was hired as a geography professor, but eventually joined the biology department, where he remained until his death in 1920. He was on the Sagamore Board of Control for one year in 1917, before his wife, Katherine Roberts, succeeded him for the next two years.
