Records disbursements from the Incidental Fund for January 6 1917- May 3 1924. Some of the accounts receiving disbursements include Coal, Postage, Express, Telephone & Telegraph, Teachers Supplies, Power House Supplies, Repairs, Improvements, & Furnishings for Dormitories, Repair and Improvements of Normal Buildings & Grounds, etc. Also contained in the ledger are several loose-leaf sheets with penciled-in figures and three “Schedule of Recitations” (college schedule of classes) forms for the Summer Term 1923, May 28 -August 3 at Southeast Missouri State Teachers College.
