Records numerous accounts that the State Teachers College had with businesses, both local and national. Shows warrant numbers, purchases, the amount due, payments, and due dates for payments. Also, fastened in the back of the ledger are extensive lists of district newspapers for which the College carried subscriptions during the years 1919-1922. Each list is for approximately 100 different papers.
