Sub-Series 2: Report Related Correspondence, 1975-1971
Scope and Contents
Reports, correspondence, news clippings, and notes all pertaining to the Budget Office. The bulk of the records are made up of reports. The reports are broken up into five series; reports related to fiscal years, budget requests, capital budgets requests, operating budgets and general reports. Within each category of reports there are support documents that relate to the various reports, housed with the reports that they pertain to. The second largest set of records is the correspondence. The correspondence is split up into general correspondence, which deals with general activities of the Budget Office, as well as report related correspondence which are correspondence that relate to a specific report given out or received by the Budget Office. Other records include news clippings, which are newspaper articles about various budgets used and created the Budget Office and notes.
