Biographical / Historical

The Foreign Languages Building, also known as the Art Building, and the Agriculture Building, was built between 1902 and 1904 and designed in the neoclassical style by Jerome B. Legg of St. Louis. Built as its companion, it is identical to Carnahan Hall except for the pair of small towers that were added later for dramatic effect. It originally served as the Training School.
