These ledgers were the secretary’s books for the purpose of recording the minutes of the meetings and the membership roll. These ledgers also name members, officers, and record attendance.

Also included are a number of newspaper clippings and programs from productions. A typewritten copy of their constitution is glued inside on pages 199-201, along with the swearing-in ceremony.
