University Publications consists of brochures, flyers, handbooks, posters, and newsletters created by various departments and student organizations in the University. The publications range from the 1880s to the present.

Maps, photographs, slides, scrapbooks, pamphlets, newspaper clippings, publications and ephemera collected by the Historical Association of Greater Cape Girardeau, Inc., and formerly housed in the historic D. A. Glenn House Library. Collection documents regional history, primarily personalities, historic homes, historic sites, churches, schools, businesses, clubs, and a broad spectrum of Southeast Missouri regional history, culture and life.

The University Buildings and Grounds Collection contains booklets, programs, correspondence, proposals, contracts, and blueprints regarding the construction, renovation, and maintenance of Southeast Missouri State University campus buildings. The materials within the collection pertain only to the campus buildings themselves and not the institutions housed within them.

Correspondence, reports, slides, negatives and photographs on and about the events that occur at Southeast Missouri State University. Also includes information on the university’s mascot change. Container list exists for the Mascot Change Series only.
