Contains records of expenses and receipts for the Albert Hall dormitory and building expenses for the Power House and another dormitory, possibly Leming Hall. Also contains warrant numbers for payments to other miscellaneous funds and accounts such as payroll, labor, brick, cement, Incidental Fund, and the Maintenance Fund, among many others. Lists many local and outlying enterprises with which the college did business during that time.

Scope and Contents Volume one records the organization of the board on October 1 1931. Some of the business issues included hiring of employees, providing job descriptions for these positions, deciding who will print the Sagamore, marketing, concerns about news coverage, and deciding the relationship of the production of the Sagamore to journalism education. Volume two contains the same type of information in type. There are several loose-leaf reports of subcommittees of the board in both volumes, as well as a letter addressing a problem concerning the appointment of a woman (whom the staff severely criticized) as editor of the Arrow. Helen Collins was secretary for the time period covered by volume two.
