Consists primarily of legal documents including Abstracts, Opinions of Title, Indentures, and court documents concerning land purchased by the Himmelberger-Harrison Lumber Company (formerly the Himmelberger-Luce Land and Lumber Company) Also included are relevant letters and maps. This information is arranged according to the county to which it pertains when applicable. The materials date from 1864 to 1933.

The large photographs date from 1885 to 1908, mostly undated. The postcards are all undated. This series includes photographs related to the Himmelberger-Harrison Lumber Company and photographs that are unrelated. No postcards are related to the business.
